Random Thoughts…submission by the sun.
In considering the sun, I could go on and on forever….
Consider the rising of the sun. How it’s light filters into the room. It’s presence can’t be ignored and so we awaken. Consider the setting of the sun. It’s absence can’t be ignored and work ceases. Consider your sorrow. You wish life would end, but the sun continues to rise and your forced to live again. Consider your happiness. And how the light of the day washes and warms you. Consider time. How its governed by the patterns of the sun. Consider nature and how it thrives by the sun. The sun can neither be pushed back nor moved forward. So many things can happen in my day but the sun never leaves it’s course.
Consider the sun and you will consider God. In all of His consistency and authority. Consider a fallen world and how even a fallen world must submit to the Son. How much more should the reconciled.?
